Vision Therapy for Adults
Patients may have one or many of the following symptoms:
- You avoid reading
- You develop headaches, nausea, or your vision blurs when you read
- You often cannot remember something you just read
- You consider yourself a “poor test taker”
- You consider yourself a “slow reader”
- You are severely sensitive to light
- You have poor depth perception – for example, you might slam a glass down on the table because it is closer than you thought, or you tend to bump into furniture or door frames a lot
- You experience frequent motion sickness
- Being attentive to up close tasks is frustrating and difficult – such as working at the computer, fastening a bracelet, tightening a very small screw, etc.
- While reading or writing, you frequently take your reading glasses on and off, move your face in and out, rub your eyes, and have to take many breaks
Improving your vision by addressing the underlying vision problems can dramatically improve your life – at home, at work, and at play! |
